Project Information:
This 158 acre site is Master Planned to include a coliseum, two covered arenas, five pavilions, an Exhibit Hall, and a Banquet Hall for Brazos County.

The first phase completed includes the 47,000 SF Exhibit Hall, 3,000 seat 77,000 SF covered arena, one 63,000 SF pavilion, and all associated parking, including Recreational Vehicles. Phase 2 includes a second 87,000 SF arena, second 63,000 SF pavilion, and an additional 36,000 SF covered warm up arena along with additional RV parking. It also includes a 26,000 SF addition for the Banquet Hall.
