Project Information:
Baylor University was established in 1845 in Independence, Texas. In 1886 it was consolidated with Waco University in Waco, Texas, but maintained the name Baylor University. Ever since its arrival, Baylor has grown its campus steadily, in recent years though, the expansion has been explosive. The recent successes in Baylor’s sports programs have led to an increased amount of spotlight on the small Christian university.
Some of these successes include the university’s first Heisman Trophy winner, the winningest season of women’s college basketball which ended in a national championship, several NCAA football bowl game appearances, and a football team that has ranked as high as the top four in the nation. All of these accomplishments have increased alumni donations, which have helped push the expansion of the university even further. Some of the expansions include new dormitories, a brand new one hundred million dollar business school, and most notably, a brand new on-campus football stadium. McLane Stadium currently can seat 45,000 and plans to expand to 55,000 in the future. The 93 acre facility is also on the Brazos River, allowing for “sail-gaiting”.
ParkUSA has provided many products for projects at Baylor, including Grease Interceptors, Super Vaults, Elevaders, and Sand/Oil Interceptors.
